“We know one another’s faults, virtues, catastrophes, mortifications, triumphs, rivalries, desires, and how long we can each hang by our hands to a bar. We have been banded together under pack codes and tribal laws.” – Rose Macaulay
Quarrels between siblings are normal. Growing up together under the same roof and spending practically half of your time with them, it’s pretty normal for you to quarrel and argue. Well, what can we say? We love to hate our siblings but still can’t imagine life without them.
Do you remember going on roadtrips with the whole family when you were young—and jam-packed in the backseat with your siblings? When going on trips via car, especially with kids around, sometimes the emotions run high and the family starts to get testy. Questions like “Are we there yet?” are constantly heard or siblings arguing over what radio station to play — scenes like these are fairly common.
The video below shows three sweet children as they try to record a birthday message for a family friend. Mom’s plan was for each of her children to deliver one word of the simple message, “Happy Birthday Charlie!” But unfortunately, Mom’s perfect plan had some difficulties when the little sister is having a hard time remembering the instructions and, instead, blurts out the entire phrase, which angered her two older brothers.
Watch the video below and listen to the conversation of the siblings. We can’t help but laugh at their antics and reactions, especially how the two brothers get hyped up over a simple mistake.
