There is no denying that most homeless people, especially in a third world country like the Philippines, do not get to take a bath and change their clothes regularly. They might go for weeks, months, or even years without bathing and only changing their clothes if someone gives them some castoffs.
In Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines, some passersby noticed a policeman speaking with a homeless old man who has taken temporary residence by the stairs of what appears to be a public market.
In the first photo, the homeless man could be seen wearing a dirty orange shirt. The next photos showed the cop with a white shirt in hand, personally changing the shirt of the vagrant man!
Who knows when this old man had last taken a bath? Yet this policeman did not hesitate to touch this filthy vagrant and change his clothes so he could be a little bit more comfortable in his fresh new clothes even if he hasn’t taken a bath for weeks!
Kudos to you, Mr. Policeman!
