You know that it’s scary and terrifying, not to mention that the consequences of choking can be deadly. That’s why it is very important for you to know first-aid on choking and what you should to rescue yourself if you’re alone and choking.

Fire medic Jeff Rehman shares with us this knowledge which he learned during his boxing days to strengthen his abdominal muscles.

In the video, Jeff shows and instructs us to get into “push-up position” and from there, you release your arms forward, causing your body to slam into the ground. With this, this movement moves a lot of air out, and this should be enough to dislodge and remove the stuck item.

This isn’t 100% effective but still, this is a very helpful information and a life-saving skill worth learning and sharing.
