Women who have slim and sexy bodies are likely to appear more attractive in the eyes of many. It is for that reason why many overweight women desire to trim down weight so they may look pleasing and pretty. Sad though, others even suffer bullying from friends and relatives which push them to work hard to achieve a sexier body.
For one teenager named Jessica Benitez, a day came when she realized she had to do something about being overweight which changed not only the way she looked physically but gave her more confidence that she somehow lost due to being overweight.
Jessica admitted that she spent every day eating in fast food stores and watching her favorite movies on Netflix. No wonder, at her young age, 19-year-old Jessica had weighed 320 pounds.
“All I did was eat, go to work, and watch my shows,” she claimed.
A year and a half ago, she decided to drop eating fast food and opted for healthier meals. She dropped watching excessively on Netflix and devoted some time exercising using videos which she found on YouTube.
Jessica also allotted time to go to the gym which she feared of going at first. But as she worked out every day, she then considered the gym as a “happy place” where she spent two hours working out each day.
Since Jessica started her fitness journey, she documented every step she took with her intention of inspiring many who were once overweight like her.
“My name is Jessica and I’m 21, I’m 5’4 and I have lost over 170 lbs with diet and exercise. Starting at over 320 lbs and currently between 145-148. There were and still are obstacles that get in the way, but that’s just the way it is and I have to deal with it. Did I let me give up? NEVER.”
“I have dedicated my life to fitness and I have learned to love it when before I started this journey, I would dread just walking to the bus stop that was not even a 5 min walk,” Jessica posted on her Instagram account.
Now, Jessica had been transformed from an overweight teenager to a voluptuous, sexy girl after losing 170 lbs with diet and exercise. More importantly, Jessica claimed that by losing weight, she was able to gain more self-confidence.
“I never expected to be where I am today. I was shy, but now I have so much more confidence, I have so much more energy… It’s crazy the things I can do now that I couldn’t do before.”
