People are born different – and we are so different that even identical twins aren’t so identical as you might think because not only do they still have different DNA configurations, they actually have a number of differences and identifying marks that help people tell them apart.
Now, height is something that is also affected by genetics. For instance, kids born to tall parents can expect to be tall as an adult while those born to short parents can expect to be short. But things don’t always work that way because there are times when tall parents have short kids and short parents have tall kids!
There are also rare cases of people having some genetic anomalies that make them so much different from their parents and even from most people.
Take for instance 34-year-old Sultan Kosen from Turkey who is actually much taller than the usual ‘tall guys’ as he stands at a whopping 8 feet, 1 inch tall! We can only imagine how his towering presence would make him easy to spot anywhere he goes – because he is surely much, much taller than the people around him. In fact, he’s currently the title holder as the tallest man in the world! Whoa.
Quite recently, Sultan made headlines not just for being the tallest man in the world but for having a photo taken with the smallest woman in the world, Jyoti Amge.
Jyoti hails from India and stands at just 2 feet, 6 inches despite actually being 24 years old!
The two recently met at the Giza Pyramids in Cairo, Egypt – and the striking difference between their sizes was really so incredible to see. The photo has since gone viral, with many people expressing wonder over God’s special creations…
