Wedding cakes are the focal point of the reception (aside from the bride, of course); thus, it is but natural that couples getting married would choose the best design they could ever think of for their dream wedding.

Now, even the most compatible of couples can have differences in tastes and preferences. So, what happens when they want to have two different designs on their wedding cake? Well, many would say it is the bride who should pick the design of the wedding cake but, remember, that these are two people tying the knot, not just one. Thus, the groom has all the right to have a say at how the cake should look!

This is what happened to Kia Parsons and Billy Bunning. They experienced some differences while planning their wedding but they did not make that a hurdle in planning their marriage. Instead, they compromised. And what an awesome compromise it was!

The front of the 4-tiered cake was a traditional white design with flowers, beads, and lace:

I absolutely love this cake! This is the best wedding cake I’ve ever seen…
