Philippines, Unbelievable

This Guy Earns Praise for Staging Protest Action in Front of Chinese Embassy Even if He was Alone! Bravest Filipino Ever?

Dubbed as the ‘bravest Filipino’ on social media after a photo of his lone protest was posted on Facebook by Trending Pinoy Videos, a still unidentified Filipino guy earned praise for staging a protest in front of the Chinese embassy. This guy was protesting against China’s bullying tactics against the Philippines amid the row in West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).

This elderly guy held a placard which read, “CONDEMN CHINESE ATROCITIES! STOP BULLYING THE FILIPINOS! STOP OCCUPYING AND GET-OUT OF OUR PHILIPPINE SOVEREIGN TERRITORIES!!!”

A lot of those who commented on the post by Trending Pinoy Videos lauded the man for being a brave hero – while many also called on the usual rallyists, the leftist groups, to come forward and protest against China instead of always targeting the Philippine government.

As of press time, the man is still to be identified but we surely praise him for his brave actions. Not a lot of people could be as brave as him, staging protest action against a huge country, in front of their embassy, while the country in question continues to issue harsh statements against his own country!

Kudos to you, Sir!

Let say it the other way…When the Philippines was created by God, these islands and islets is within the vicinity of this country, with bodies of water separating it faraway from other nations, this includes the disputed islands and islets of the West Philippine Seas. By location alone this areas belongs to the Philippines. How come that China which is several hundred miles away will project her (China) ownership to these areas. It is only a matter of understanding if they are using their heads. These reasoning is also confirmed by UNCLOS, only that UNCLOS have limited it to only 200 + 12 nautical miles from the country’s nearest shore. I Salute you SIR, for your courage and bravery to rally alone. Your conviction is right….
