Toys are made so kids (and kids-at-heart) can have a great time but there are times when the price tags become so hefty that they turn into a collector’s item for the rich and famous.

There are many different kinds of toys – each with a different purpose and function but we’re wondering why on earth someone would buy these very expensive toys when they could, say, buy something much better with the same amount of money?

For example, the 18K golden Nintendo Gameboy in the video below costs $30,000 – and to think these gadgets are obsolete nowadays!

Did you know that the Lionel 3360 Burro Crane is the most expensive toy ever sold online? According to Top Trending, it is worth over $85,000! Hmmmmmm. I would rather buy a real car with that money than purchase a toy with such little purpose – even if money I had all the money in the world.
