80-year-old Couple Celebrate 60th Wedding Anniversary with Piano Duet from ‘Up’.

If you’ve considered the tear-jerker Disney Pixar’s film “Up” as an emotional one, count on experiencing the same tear-jerking feeling while watching The Backwards Piano Man’s newest video. YouTube star Jason Lyle Black, also known as the “Backwards Piano Man”, posted a video of his grandparents who celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary.

Jason wrote the arrangement for his grandparents and the video. In the video description, he said, “My grandparents were very excited to be part of this video. I’ve loved their piano duets ever since I was a little kid, so this will be a family treasure for all of us.”

What’s even more awesome is that in the video, they play a piano duet to the heartwarming theme song, “Married Life” — the number that runs during the heartbreaking beginning of the animated movie, “Up”. And just like in the movie, Grandma and Grandpa Black’s video features the tennis-ball zimmer frame, the ‘Adventure Book’, the family dog, and an adorable house.

Jason even makes a brief cameo at the end of the video, where he wears a ‘Wilderness Explorer’ uniform just like Russell, my other favorite character from the movie, aside from the protagonists, Carl and Ellie.
