There’s always somethng wonderful and amazing about how the cityscapes glow every night and we get to see a spectacular view of these cities, especially if we live in one. But what if the lights went out for a night and all the light you can see is the light coming from the moon and the stars above? Will you still be dazzled by the sight? I’d say, definitely!
In these series of photographs, photographer Thierry Cohen captures a set of photos that will amaze you and leave you in awe of what it would be like if the major cities in the world were pitch black at night. See below!
As quoted on the Imgur, “by noting the precise latitude and angle of his cityscape, Cohen was able to get these views of major cities and track the earth’s rotation to places of atmospheric clarity like the Mojave, the Sahara, and the Atacama desert.”
