If you think the popular hazelnut chocolate spread Nutella already has a lot of uses, you can add one more thing to the list — and it is not even related to eating! It can be used to dye hair. And no, this is not an eccentric stunt done out of nowhere, it actually works and offered in an actual salon in Dubai.
Huda Kattan, a beauty blogger, shared a video of a woman having her hair dyed using Nutella and condensed milk. In the video, the woman came in with blond hair; it was changed into a light shade of brown.
It is literally ‘pretty sweet’. Surely, the chocolate can only make you a brunette temporarily right?
Right, but not as quick as you think. According to Abed, a hairdresser in Aded & Samer hair salon, the light caramel color can last around 2 to 3 weeks. However, if you want a darker shade, leave the chocolate longer and it will also last longer. Additionally, the Nutella dye also makes the hair shinier.
The video was already viewed over a million times and majority of the viewers agreed that they would rather eat Nutella than use it as dye.
