‘Lord of Pizza’ Manages His Muscular Physique While Eating Pizza Everyday

Brian Northrup, ‘Lord of Pizza’ from New Jersey, is living proof that you can still shed unwanted fats while eating your favorite food. In his case, he eats one medium Domino’s pizza everyday for 367 consecutive days. He lost about 5lbs and was in very good shape.

One of the most effective ways to lose weight is to cut junk foods from your diet but in Brian’s case, how does he do it? He said that he burns his extra calories by working out.

He documented his journey on his Instagram account wherein he posts photos of all the pizza that he ordered and videos on YouTube of him eating these pizzas all by himself.

His Instagram profile was really good especially when you are a pizza lover like him because there are new toppings posted for everyone to try. There’s spinach and tomato pizza, double jalapeno pizza, and Philly steak and red pepper pizza.

“If you see me, a relatively small guy, who was never a good athlete … I want to be a reminder of what’s possible through hard work, too often have I heard trainers, fitness ‘gurus’ and even doctors tell people: ‘You can’t outwork a bad diet.’ I believe all of those people vastly underestimate what is possible through hard work,” Brian said, according to Oddity Central.

His intense fitness workout consists of full body lifting sessions 3-4 times per week and around 20-30 miles of cardio every day. He also told LAD Bible that he eats more in order to work out more and vice versa.

Because of his unusual diet, he also consulted his doctor several times during his Pizzapocalypse challenge to make sure his cholesterol and sodium were good; surprisingly, his results were well within the range of being healthy.

On the last day of his challenge, he flexed his stomach muscles and ate three medium pizzas to celebrate.
