After meeting an accident on the road, Coty Vincent’s car was wrecked; thus, she needed to rent one for the mean time. Because the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident ran away and she was not able to memorize his plate numbers, she was left with no choice but to rent a car out of her own pocket while waiting for the insurance company to step in.
While at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Coty had a hard time filling out the forms because she had her hands full of her twins, Holt and Levi, who were both just 11 months old.
The employee who was handling her transaction offered to hold one of the boys so she could work on the necessary forms. It turned out that the Enterprise employee, John, sees himself in these struggling mom’s boys because he is a twin himself!
Touched by John’s gesture, Coty snapped a photo of him holding her son as he worked on her transaction; she then posted this on Facebook. The post garnered positive response from the community and soon went viral, and soon reached the company.
Realizing this as a good market opportunity, Enterprise reached out to the struggling mom and offered to buy her a brand new stroller for her boys! As for John, he was also rewarded by the company for his awesome role in this lovely story. Now, that’s what you call excellent customer service!
