Two Filipino Cops Spotted Buying Late-Night Dinner for Two Hungry Street Kids

While many of us live a comfortable life and could eat three (even five!) times a day, there are millions of other people who are less fortunate than we are, people who are living in the streets and often rely on the kindness of others for meal. Often, they don’t get to eat a full meal and if they do, the next full meal would probably be several days away.

Thus, we are always proud of those who go the extra mile to feed others in need even if they themselves do not even have a lot of money to begin with!

Take for example these two wonderful policemen from Dumaguete City, Philippines who were photographed by netizen Bess Nonoi (Clint Buscato) buying a meal for two street kids. Nonoi shares the photo to a local Facebook group, Hulagway ug Kasikas sa Dumaguete, where it quickly went viral.

According to Nonoi, the photo was taken sometime around 11 PM on April 4, 2016. While it was already close to midnight, the two boys still haven’t had dinner yet (and who knows when their last meal had been?); thus, these two cops took it upon themselves to treat the boys to dinner at a fastfood in the city.

Nonoi praised the cops, saying that even if she does not know their names, she feels thankful to have witnessed such a heartwarming moment.
